Ted is Google’s Managing Director of Marketing Analytics where he advises companies across the retail industry on how to use digital marketing to grow their businesses.
Ted has over 20 years of experience in strategy and operations, marketing, sales, and analytics. He specializes in helping retailers and brands understand how consumer behavior is changing, how the digital ecosystem is evolving, and where to find new growth opportunities in their markets and categories. Ted advises executives on how to use digital solutions to deliver on business objectives across branding, customer acquisition, and customer retention and loyalty.
Before Google, Ted worked in strategy and technology consulting roles at Diamond Technology Partners (acquired by PwC in 2010) and Motorola Solutions. In those roles, he focused on marketing strategy, product launches, program management, and system operations.
Ted earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two children. On the weekends, you'll find Ted spending time with his family, coaching his kids' sports teams, and playing golf and paddle tennis.
