Before joining Google Cloud, Yolande spent 32 years at Citigroup. In her prior role she was the CEO of Citi FinTech, where she was responsible for identifying and building new growth vectors for the Global Consumer Bank. She also led Citi’s Consumer Innovation Labs and was COO for Global Consumer Banking Operations & Technology, CIO of Student Loans Corporation, and SVP of Online Applications and Services for Diners Club International (under the Citigroup brand).

Now at Google Cloud, Yolande leads the company’s Financial Services Sales and Customer Engineering teams. She defines and creates new financial services cloud solutions for the market and helps Google Cloud’s leading customers accelerate their digital transformation journeys to the cloud.

An advocate for women in technology, Yolande founded “Future Women in IT,” a program which aims to inspire middle and high school female students to pursue careers in technology. The program has reached more than 50,000+ participants across the United States since its inception.
