Since joining CapitalG in 2018, Alex has partnered with iconic companies across sectors including Whatnot, Stripe, Rippling, Waymo, Duolingo, and UiPath.

Before CapitalG, Alex was a tech investment banker at Goldman Sachs and studied Economics at The University of Chicago.

Outside of work, Alex likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible skiing, cycling, hiking, playing tennis, you name it (ideally with his wife and dog). He also loves to cook and read as much as he can (primarily history/economics – let’s trade favorites!).
