She earned her BA in Organizational Communications from Chico State, establishing a foundation for her collaborative and strategic approach. Prior to CapitalG, Kendall spent seven years at Accenture as a Location Services professional, where she honed her skills in complex logistics and high-level organizational planning. During that time, she also earned her real estate license and enjoyed helping family and friends navigate the housing market.

Most recently, she spent time in London working at a luxury health club, combining her professional skills with her passion for fitness and high-touch client service. Growing up, Kendall loved playing soccer, and she still embraces an active lifestyle today, whether she's hiking, golfing, running, or walking the dog(s).
