Lauren Illovsky

I’ve spent the majority of my career working on executive talent inside funds like Andreessen Horowitz and Accel. I’ve always enjoyed working with founders and CEOs from the earliest stages through IPO, and helping them solve whatever problems keep them up at night.

I have a BA in Economics from Pomona College and live in the East Bay with my two kids and husband. Outside of work I can usually be found running around with my kids, teaching mahjong, or losing my voice in the bleachers at a sporting event.
