Luisa Venturini is on the Go-To-Market Team at Alphabet growth fund CapitalG.

As a Vice President at CapitalG, Luisa partners closely with the firm's enterprise portfolio companies to support critical go-to-market initiatives and product partnerships. She also leads the firm's advisory network of Google sales, product, and marketing operators.

Luisa Venturini is on the Go-To-Market Team at Alphabet growth fund CapitalG.

Prior to joining CapitalG in 2022, Luisa worked at Google in Ireland. There she advised customer growth teams on scaling their businesses with Google's marketing solutions. While in Dublin, Luisa also led Google Ireland's startup accelerator.

Luisa holds an MA in International Security from King's College London and a BA in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London. Outside of work, Luisa spends her time playing tennis, Facetiming her family in Europe, and practicing her amateur DJ skills.
