Prior to joining CapitalG in 2025, Mike worked at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he represented technology companies, investment funds and other public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital investments, and other significant transactions. Before Goodwin, Mike was an associate at Mayer Brown LLP’s Chicago and Palo Alto offices.

Mike is a life-long UChicago Maroon, holding a BA in public policy, a BA in political science, and his JD from the University of Chicago. In his free time, Mike enjoys visiting record stores in the Bay Area and rooting for Miami sports teams.
