Monisha Deshpande

With a career spanning more than 20 years, Monisha has consistently worked to bridge the gap between business and technology. She currently leads Google Cloud's Value Creation & Field Engagement team, where advises executives on how to deliver business value to their organizations. In this role, she has guided the development of thousands of business cases, dozens of strategic partnerships, and value frameworks that have been pivotal to some of Google's most significant deals.
Prior to this, Monisha had a long tenure in Google Ads, where she led pre-sales for all of Google's Ad Tech. Her professional journey also includes impactful roles at SAP, American Express, Cisco WebEx, and a period in investment banking at Jefferies Broadview. Monisha holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

When she's not working, you can find Monisha cheering on the sidelines of her daughter's soccer games, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their beloved goldendoodle, Teddy.
