Prior to joining CapitalG in 2026, Sophie was on the portfolio operations team at ICONIQ Venture & Growth, building systems and processes for internal ops and working with the data/AI portfolio on revenue acceleration. She also spent time at CrowdStrike on the account management team.

Sophie holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Santa Clara University. She grew up in the East Bay and now lives in San Francisco. In her free time, she enjoys reading at the park on a warm day, practicing & learning new fiber arts, and posting reviews of San Francisco's best Caesar salads.
