Sophie helps CapitalG and its Platform team run faster by building the operational workflows that support portfolio companies, investors, and firm partners.

I am energized by making other people's work possible. Since joining CapitalG, I have been rethinking and improving the internal systems and processes that allow us to make and support great investments.

I have always been drawn to the startup space. I started my career at CrowdStrike in account management before I moved over to VC on the portfolio operations team at ICONIQ, where I worked on internal ops and revenue acceleration for the data/AI portfolio.

I hold a BS in Management Information Systems from Santa Clara University. Born in France, I moved to the Bay Area when I was 8 and now live in San Francisco. In my spare time, I enjoy picking up new fiber arts, getting through my long Letterboxd watchlist, and writing thorough reviews of San Francisco's best Caesar salads.
