Chelsea brings 18+ years of sales and channel experience to the CapitalG Advisory Board, along with a keen sense of what it takes to build a strong go-to-market strategy. As the Director of the North America Partner Sales team, Chelsea focuses on driving end-to-end partner engagement with Google Cloud field teams and their customers to ensure best-in-class service and solution delivery.

Chelsea Berlucchi

Chelsea has spent over seven years at Google Cloud both in direct sales and in the channel. Her initial channel work focused on developing and executing a third-party solution adoption strategy for the North America field team and customers. This role allowed her to align closely with ISVs within Google Cloud’s Partner Ecosystem and learn their organizational and product strategies while offering coaching and guidance on growing their business with Google Cloud. Her work drove 90% adoption of ISV sales within Google Cloud’s committed customer base.

In her current role within the Partner Ecosystem, Chelsea works with the field to develop a partner-first strategy across the North America Geo teams and the Strategic AI/ISV business. She identifies System Integrators with robust service offerings and ISVs with third-party offerings to complement and drive complete solution platforms for customers.

Prior to joining Google, Chelsea worked in direct sales at Cisco for 10 years across the Public Sector, Healthcare, Nonprofit, and Enterprise segments in New England.

Chelsea graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in English and Communications, which led directly into her career in technology. She and her husband currently live in Kiawah Island, SC.  Chelsea enjoys spending any moment she can outdoors, including beach walks, swimming, kayaking, playing minimal golf and tennis.
