Currently, Gina serves as the Managing Director and North America GSI Leader at Google, where she leads the team responsible for $8B in channel revenue and drives joint AI value propositions with 89% year-over-year growth. Deeply committed to fostering innovation, she founded the GSI AI Executive Council to facilitate strategic collaboration among industry leaders. Furthermore, she launched the AI Startup Partner Accelerator, a pivotal initiative designed to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI startups and the GSI community.   She is currently on the Board of the University of Michigan Zell-Lurie Entrepreneurship Institute, the Colorado Tech Association, Women in Cloud, Global Minded and on the Advisory Boards of numerous AI startups. Previously she was on the Board of HPS (acquired by Blackrock).

Prior to her current role, Gina held senior leadership positions at Accenture as a Managing Director and member of the Global Leadership Council, Global hi-tech sector lead at Genpact and at IBM, where she led North American CRM sales. She has started and sold her own company and been involved in the creation and sale of many firms throughout her career.

She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and has completed executive education programs at MIT, Harvard Business School, and Wharton and is currently participating in a Quantum Computing program at MIT.
