Since joining CapitalG in 2021, she has played a leadership role in CapitalG’s investments in Monzo, Farther, Coupa, Duck Creek, Applied Systems, Next Insurance, MANTL, Proof, and Stripe.

Earlier in her career, Kelly worked as a consultant in the consumer practice at the Boston Consulting Group in Chicago. She also spent time at Senreve, a direct-to-consumer brand in San Francisco.

Kelly graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Mathematics. Outside of work, Kelly spends most of her time training and racing in Ironman triathlons. In 2024, she won the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in New Zealand in her age category.
