Ryan and his team drive value in the areas of go-to-market strategy, sales and solution delivery for Google Cloud (GCP) customers. He also serves as an industry advisor and sponsor for Google Cloud’s regional teams, customers, and partner organizations.

Ryan has worked in the health care and life sciences industry for more than 20 years in executive roles at both a national and global level. Prior to joining Google, Ryan served as global vice president for medtech provider Hill-rom, Inc. and served as a division chief information officer (CIO) and chief information security officer (CISO) for University Hospitals Health System. Before that, he served in several executive consulting roles.

Since 2000, Ryan has contributed to multiple industry publications, has worked with nonprofits such as the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and has served on several healthcare-related boards. He has a BA from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
